Aluminum tubes for seawater boilers
1. Implementation Standards: GB/T 6893-2010 Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Drawn (Seamless) Tubes—Specifically: Chemical Composition: GB/T 3190-2008 Deformed Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Chemical Composition; Dimensional Tolerances: GB/T 4436-2012 Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Tubular Products—Dimensional Tolerances and Permissible Deviations. 2. Main Grades: 1070A (L1), 1060 (L2), 1050A (L3), 3A21 (LF21), 6063. 3. Product States: H18 (Y), H24 (Y2), H26 (Y1), H22 (Y3), O (M). 4. Mechanical Properties. 5. Theoretical Weight and Pressure Resistance Performance. Note: 1. Considering safety factors, the working pressure is one-fourth of the hydrostatic test pressure. For 6063, the strength is taken as 145 MPa; for 3A21, the strength is 135 MPa; for pure aluminum, it is 85 MPa. 2. When converted to the old unit kg/cm², the above figures should be multiplied by 9.8. The above data are provided at room temperature. At 150°C, the values are approximately 90% of those at room temperature. 6. Chemical Compositions of Several Major Alloys. 7. Methods for Naming Alloy Grades. 8. State Designations.
